What is spiritual direction?
Spiritual direction has been a part of faith traditions for-as long as people have had questions.
What does a spiritual direction look like?
Sessions usually begin with a few moments of silence to let your soul arrive. I like to use poetry, blessings, scripture and even art as a way to enter into our time together.
Spiritual direction is a time to explore the questions, challenges, and longings you are experiencing in your life. (Untangle what feels knotted in your heart and soul!)
Spiritual direction is not an outcome-based process; it's about walking together and looking for where God/Love has been active in your daily life.
